Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We charge a flat-rate of $5.00 shipping on all U.S. orders up to $29.99, and FREE shipping on all orders $30+. Orders ship within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday, and orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday. We use UPS Ground shipping from Maryland, and shipping times average 2–3 days. We do not currently ship international orders, but we may choose to do so in the future.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Shipping on returns is at the buyer’s expense. In the return package, please include a copy of the order receipt email, your email address, and your phone number.
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. However, you can easily return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s). Follow our return process to send back the item you wish to exchange. You’ll receive a refund once we process your return.
