Shipping policy

Our goal is to get your crafting supplies to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We ship orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday; orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday.

We work hard to keep our shipping costs low and our approach simple.

United States Domestic Shipping
We charge $5.00 for shipping on all U.S. orders up to $30.00 and FREE shipping after that.

International Shipping
We use USPS Priority Mail and shipping times average 6 – 10 days. All applicable duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned items must include a copy of the order receipt, your email address, your shipping address and your phone number.

Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Contact customer service and we will work with you to coordinate the return shipping – identical replacement item(s) will be sent to you at no additional cost. If an item is no longer available, we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
